What We Offer:
- Get paid for your experience, Earn up to 0.70 CPM to start!
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 days home
- $4k sign on bonus
- Miles: 2700-3000
- An additional .06 cpm in bonuses, on top of base
- Equipment:
- 2019-2021 Freightliner Cascadias
- Most trailer are Conestoga trailers
- Paid 1 1/2-day orientation, including flight/rental car and private room
- Up to 4 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays
- Company paid life insurance
- 401k available at 6 months (matched .50 on the dollar up to 4%)
- Personalize your truck after 6 months of employment
- Running area: Primarily I-35 through Texas and east. Potential to run out west on occasion if the driver chooses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 22 years of age
- 24 months of verifiable Flatbed experience
- Verifiable CDL A experience within the last 3 years
- TWIC/Tanker preferred but not required (company pays for endorsement & TWIC)
- Stable work history
- Good driving record
- Meet DOT requirements
