Job Summary
- Location: Richmond, VA - 50 miles around
- 2,800-3,000 miles/week
- Home weekly
- Running out a week with a sleeper
Responsibilities
- Safe operation of equipment
- Compliant with all Federal and state laws and regulations
- Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
- Collects delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes.
- Reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
Requirements:
- Willing to have fun and have a positive attitude
- Minimum age requirement: 23
- Experience: drivers have minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers' License
