Cargo:

• Delivering refrigerated freight of all kinds for single customer

Delivery Type:

• Multi-stop Loads (1-5 stops)
• 100% Driver Unload of rolltainers
• Tools:  Liftgates on Trailers and U-Boats available for Toppers
• Dry Van
• Driver pickup ALL Empty Rolltainers/Cardboard/and totes at each store
• General unload time is 500 pieces per hour (Experience plays into this) and 3,000 pieces on trailer

States Served:

• MO, IL, IN, AR

Backhauls:

• No backhauls

Equipment:

• Freightliners and Internationals
• Mostly Automatics(very few manuals available)
• Dry Van with Liftgate

Compensation:

• .75-.78 cpm
• Average $1700 a week; $85,000-$90,000 W-2 a year

Accessorial Pay:

• $90 
• $20 per stop 10/week

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION NOTES
$5.00 additional per stop (paid quarterly) if you have zero DOT accidents, zero Work Comp, zero HOS violations, zero Vehicle Maintenance violations,
zero Unsafe Driving violations, zero Claims ($2,500 - $4,000 per Quarter depending on Load/Stops Completed). Mileage pay increases every 6 months. 
Average Miles/Week:

• 1500

Hours (Shift)/Home Time/Days Off:

• Generally Monday-Saturday Delivery. Some Sundays when needed. 
• Drivers home for 34 hour reset. Not guaranteed to be off on the weekends.
• Off Weekly 34-48 Hours  

Typical Week For Drivers:

• General Schedule. Schedule determined by home location and seniority. Leave House Monday Afternoon and home Saturday with 3-4 Trailers per week. (Most Common) 

Account Training Involved:

• 6 Days or 3 Loads with a trainer for New Hires 
• $200 per day 

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A license

EXPERIENCE

• 6 months T/T Experience in the 2 years for experienced
• Trailer has to be at least 45ft
• Local Experience will count 
• Trainee time (after school) counts towards total experience
• Will take an Auto Restriction
