***$10,000 Sign on bonus; paid out in 10 total payments.  First sign on bonus payment on check after 30 days of employment.  All other payments paid on the first check of the month

• Home weekly for 34 hour restart
• Thursday-Monday (6:00 am Thursday to 2:00 pm Tuesday)
• .71-.75 cpm based on experience
• Average $1600-$1680 a week/$83,200 to $87,360 W-2
• Solo drivers eligible for 2 CPM performance bonus paid monthly; W2 does not include performance bonus with bonus could add another 2K to W2
• Stop pay of $18 average 10 stops per week; $15 backhaul pay; $16 detention pay
• Average miles:  2,000/week
• Live unload, customer does the unload, we help with paperwork and coordinating each store getting their unload.  All deliveries are at customer stores, operate bulkhead as well as pulley system
• Serving Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas and Illinois

• Trailer Type:  53' reefer trailers, both swing and roll doors, small amount of 28' liftgate reefers

• 90% of this account is night driving with the majority of the dock out times from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.  
• Drivers within 60 miles of DC in Cedar Falls, IA might have opportunity for day shift based on availability 
• Live unload at stores/ driver assist- record pallets on dock, also responsible to move bulkheads
• Responsible for fueling reefers and turning in completed customer paperwork including reefer fuel receipts
• 4 stores are driver unload with liftgate trailers
• Based on customer needs a sixth day may be required with advanced notice

• 6 months T/T Experience in the 2 years for experienced
• Trailer has to be at least 45ft
• Local Experience will count 
• Trainee time (after school) counts towards total experience
• Will take an Auto Restriction
