Regional CDL Truck Driver - Refrigerated

Regional Refrigerated Truckload carrier with a small carrier, family-orientated focus that offers $1400-$1575 weekly pay settlements plus significant bonus opportunities
Average yearly compensation: $74,000-$83,000
.58 cpm to .60 cpm DOE
Monthly .01-.03 cpm Productivity Bonus; Quarterly $250 Safety Bonus
Drivers operate primarily between the states of TX, OK, KS, MO, IL and other states as required
2019 or newer Navistar and Freightliner Class 8 sleeper units with automatic transmission
Haul meat, packaged frozen food, dairy products, or pharmaceuticals
No touch freight
Multi-loads weekly
Expected weekly miles of 2300-2500 average
Drivers are paid a weekly assurance pay, when available for dispatch of at least $1050 weekly gross pay
3 days home time after a 14 day run with occasional weekend home time
4 days home time after a 21 day run with occasional weekend home time
$7,000 Sign on bonus ($700 for first 4 months, $350 for remaining 12 Months)
Orientation Pay is $500, paid out: $300 week one and $200 week two
$200 Wal-Mart gift card upon completion of orientation

Minimum Requirements;

Must have a valid class a license
Must have at least 1 year (training time doesn't count) of verifiable OTR Class A tractor-articulated trailer experience in the last 3 years (will not consider a driver that has not driven in the past 3 months or more)
Must live within 75 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Amarillo, TX; Cactus, TX; Kansas City, MO; Chicago, IL
