Sign-On Bonus paid after 30 days ($500), 6 months ($1500), and 1-year ($2000).

Requirements:
- 12 months + CDL School
- 18 months without CDL school
- No major traffic violations within last 2 years
- No DOT recordable accidents in past 18 months
- Will accept current medical card in lieu of physical but must pass drug screen.
