Plus, the SSA (safety, service, availability) Performance incentive is a simple way for you to add an additional 5 CPM. As an In-Cab Driver Mentor, you will have the ability to train a student the right away and the safe way, while also sharing your trucking knowledge and experience. You’ll also earn an additional $60/day each day you have a student in your truck as well as getting paid for your miles and the student’s miles.

- Drivers Average $85,000 a year!
- Additional 5 CPM on all miles every 28 days- up to 13 payouts per year
- $60/day each day you train a student + all miles
- Over the road (OTR) In-Cab Mentors are on the road for at least 2 weeks at a time. This gives you the most time to experience the country and enjoy the adventure.
- Dedicated In-Cab Mentors are home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset.
