To qualify with Ace Doran, drivers must meet the following criteria:
- 23 years of age and 1 year of verifiable experience
- 1 year of OTR/ Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years or the same type of driving operation they are applying for
- Valid Class A CDL and Valid Medical Card
- Satisfactory Safety Performance History
- No DUI or Reckless Driving Charge in past 5 Years
- No more than 1 DOT Recordable preventable Accident in last 12 months
- No more than 2 DOT Recordable preventable Accidents in last 36 months
Equipment Requirements for Tractors:
- No age restrictions for tractors – Must Pass DOT Inspection at approved facility
- For open deck, you must have Headache Rack on tractor w/ chains, straps, and rachets (speak to recruiter on size of chains)
Flatbed / Open Deck Experience Requirements:
- Must have 6 months Experience in the last 2 years to qualify for open deck
- If you have 6 months flatbed experience more than 2 years ago and less than 10 years ago, you may qualify for flatbed division by attending a load securement awareness program during Orientation
